Cooldowns that calm the mind, stretch the body and re-engage the parasympathetic nervous system to take on any challenge for the day
All you need is a yoga mat, your body weight, or light weights (if you don't have weights, we will improvise)
Accommodations and intensity for a range of fitness levels
Walk and/or Run + Power Session (Up to 90 minutes) - $60 per session
