Hold yourself accountable to get some work done for your body and mind. TRX fundamentals (plank, squat, pull, push, hinge, lunge and twist.) BEGINNERS-INTERMEDIATE ONLY ​
  • Functional movement for flexibility and mobility 
  • Cooldowns that calm the mind, stretch the body and re-engage the parasympathetic nervous system to take on any challenge for the day 
  • All you need is a yoga mat, your body weight, or light weights (if you don't have weights, we will improvise)
  • Accommodations and intensity for a range of fitness levels
